We provide a full spectrum of program and project management consulting services and bring over 30 years of real estate experience. Additionally, through our various partnerships, we offer the 8(a), service-disabled veteran, and Hubzone owned certifications.
Our team has managed inventory valued in excess of $200 million and handled the process from formation to the completion.

ABOUT ERM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sheila Moody is the CEO and Founder of ERM. Ms. Moody is a Silicon Valley native and brings over 18 years of experience in real estate and property management.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has an extensive background in Information Technology Senior Management, and Software Engineering (IBM).
Ms. Moody’s previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer with IBM and an IT Manager with the University of California has allowed her to leverage her experience in building ERM’s capacity and growth. She has developed the high sensory skills and refined attributes that propel her to overcome challenges without breaking her stride.
